Massage Therapists

Michelle Brown

Massage is defined as the systematic manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for a curative & relaxing effect. Soft tissues are made more pliable through massage to promote circulation and blood flow and bring about positive effects: physical and psychological changes for general wellbeing.

Massage therapy is extremely beneficial to people leading busy lifestyles suffering from home and work related stress. Massage will not only aid with mental relaxation but will also help relieve physical symptoms of back and neck pain that comes from sitting for an extended period of time at a desk or from physical labour.

Michelle has extensive experience with therapeutic and remedial massage and is very professional in her approach. She has worked along-side many physiotherapists throughout her career. Michelle offers 30 & 60 minute massages and is available by appointment only on Monday through to Thursday afternoons.

Do yourself a favour and book in so that you can experience first hand the benefits of massage from a skilled practitioner.
